In translating the variety of activities on offer, the architects have taken their inspiration from the shopping mall. The mall is essentially an internal street within the urban framework. This concept has been fully exploited in this design, by the introduction of theme atria, panoramic lifts, and voids to create a dynamic and captivating experience within.

The inward orientation of the building heightens the suspense for the first time visitor and offers an interesting contrast to the landscaping that heralds the pedestrian access on the approach / street level.

Members of the public would be dropped off at the carport by the Main Entrance, while all cars are parked in the basement and street level car parks. There are two staircases and two lifts from the car park to the main entrance level or any other floor in the development. The main entrance foyer opens into the giant circular atrium, traversing the entire six floors with twin panoramic lifts framing the grand staircase. This main atrium is connected to the other two atria of the three shopping levels through the mall.

The attractions for the shopping center are the cineplex center, the restaurant, the departmental store, and the café. The grand staircase terminates at and celebrates the access to the department store on the ground floor, Additional shops make up the first floor, while an up market restaurant will complement the theatre on the second floor, other facilities include a gym and service shops such as hairdressing and beauty salons and a laundry and dry-cleaning outfit.

The 2nd – 3rd floor are open plan offices with provision for voice and data outlets this will ensure that the offices can offer tenants the latest technology. The penthouse office on the 4th floor is designed for maximum visibility.

The overall effect is a self-sustainable mixed use development that revitalises the cityscape while being in harmony with the environment. Escalators, bridges, lifts, voids interconnected levels, modulated fashion, to create a synergy that makes the whole experience unforgettable.
