Ceddi Corporation Limited is a company that specialises in real estate development and management in Nigeria, owns and manages properties in Lagos, Abuja, Warri and Sapele (Delta State).

Ceddi Plaza , Abuja ( Federal Capital Territory ) is a mixed use development located in the central business district, directly opposite the NNPC headquarters complex and adjacent to the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria . The Central Business District is the planned commercial centre for Abuja and this location commands some of the highest land values in the country.

Members of the public would be dropped off at the carport by the Main Entrance, while all cars are parked in the lower level and street level car parks. There are two glass lifts from the main entrance to every floor in the building. The main entrance foyer opens into the giant circular atrium, traversing the entire six floors with two panoramic lifts framing the grand staircase. This main atrium is connected to the other atrium on the three shopping levels through the mall.
